This experience has been designed in honor to the discoverers of great gastronomy and enology. It takes you through the kitchen of Evarist, winner of the XIII Championship of Spanish Cooks, whose recently opened restaurant is located on a natural balcony (at 400 MASL), which offers a panoramic view of the entire Marina Alta, one in which Evarist calls “La Toscana Alacantina”. From there, this experience will have you tasting some of the most reputed wines of Spain, from Felipe’s Winery (Bodega de Felipe), a winemaker with an unparalleled profession and an international career. In 2018, Felipe received a 99 Peñin for his wine “Recóndita Armonia”, the highest score awarded by the prestigious wine guide.

- 2 nights with Mardenit breakfast in a superior double room (Possibility of service on private terrace) + Welcome Mardenit (Iberian Ham+Bottle of wine)
